Commitment to accessibility
Prime Learning is committed to making the platform usable by as many learners as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies. We aim to improve readability, keyboard access, semantic structure, contrast, and responsive behavior across the site.
Ongoing improvements
- Reviewing page structure, headings, labels, and navigation patterns.
- Improving keyboard and focus behavior in interactive practice workflows.
- Testing responsive layouts so content remains readable on smaller screens.
- Addressing reported barriers as part of platform maintenance and release planning.
Complex learning interactions
Some practice formats, such as matching, drag-and-drop, scenario, and visual question styles, require additional accessibility care. Prime Learning will continue improving alternative interaction patterns and labels for these experiences.
Feedback process
If you experience an accessibility barrier, contact support@primecyber.pro with the page URL, browser, device, assistive technology if applicable, and a description of the issue. Feedback helps prioritize fixes and improvements.
