Subscription billing
Prime Learning subscriptions are billed according to the plan, price, billing interval, and renewal terms shown at checkout or in your account billing area. Taxes may apply depending on location and provider settings.
Renewal
Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Renewal charges are processed using the payment method associated with the subscription through the payment provider.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewal billing using available account billing tools or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund charges already processed.
Refund eligibility
- Refund requests may be reviewed for duplicate charges, billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or other exceptional circumstances.
- Partial use of the platform, missed study goals, certification results, or dissatisfaction with exam outcomes do not by themselves create refund eligibility.
- Refunds, when approved, are generally returned to the original payment method through the payment provider.
- Prime Learning may decline refund requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this policy.
No guarantee of certification outcomes
Prime Learning provides educational preparation materials only. We do not guarantee that you will pass any certification examination, receive a specific score, obtain employment, receive a promotion, or achieve any other outcome.
